SHIPPING

You can choose between several shipping options when placing an order from OHAYO.

  1. Pick up in store (free)

  2. Delivery within Denmark via a private delivery company service (DAO/GLS), 2-4 days, 39 DKK

  3. EU countries, regular mail 4-14 days (Parcelshop), 79 DKK

  4. International shipping outside EU, regular mail 4-14 days, (Parcelshop) 99 DKK (If you are shopping from outside of the EU, your order may be subject to customs duty)

  5. Express shipping with DHL International, all countries 1-2 days, 145 DKK

    Please note that these shipping times are estimates

Orders submitted before 12am are usually packed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed later are shipped on the following day. This applies to business days, which are Monday to Friday excluding Danish national holidays.

Returns

OHAYO is a small business with unique vintage items and our return policy is based thereon. If you wish to return an item we can give you a gift certificate, or you can exchange it to other pieces in stock. Our gift certificate is valid for one year. We do not give money back in return. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your order.

Please contact us at ohayodk@gmail.com if you wish to return an item. We will reply within 24 hours on business days. Remember to forward your receipt.


SHIPPING

If you wish to return an item by shipping, OHAYO does not cover these costs. Your order must be returned in the same condition as when received.
You are welcome to return your order in our store as well. Please see location and opening hours below.
